About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Inspector based the the Kent/Sussex or South London areas to join our Independent Inspections and Assessment team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our inspection services, particularly in disputes between installers and consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Independent Inspection and Assessment Manager in the delivery of Independent Inspections to meet revenue targets within the agreed budget.
- Manage contracts and documentation related to Independent Inspections.
- Conduct initial triage calls to provide accurate quotations for inspection services.
- Oversee the quality assurance process for all outgoing reports, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Carry out various inspections, including Condition Reports, S75 reports, CPR35 compliant reports, FENSA inspections, Complaint Investigations, and MTC assessments.
- Develop and implement processes, procedures, and reporting formats in collaboration with senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and conferences.
- Keep up to date with relevant legislation, regulations, and technical standards.
About You:
- Extensive inspection and report writing experience, ideally within the window and glazing industry or similar technical sector.
- Highly experienced in window installation and surveying.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality reports and maintaining industry standards.
- RICS accreditation is desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to travel for inspections and events as required.
