Typically requested by credit providers or banks to further a Section 75 claim.
Inspection usually takes 1-2 hours.
Full inspection with a preformatted written report provided as a PDF.
Available for installations of windows, doors, conservatories, or roof lights
Report covers:
- Building regulation compliance
- Suitability of product
- Quality of installation
- Any damage present
- Marks in glass
- Functionality of the installation
Provides recommendations for remedial works if necessary.
Can provide a range of costs for possible remedial works upon request.

Air Pressure Test to confirm extra trickle vents are not required
Test before and after installation, both included in the price
Tests take 30-60 minutes

Expert Determination is a form of Dispute Resolution. It’s a binding alternative to going to court or arbitration
Delivers final, legal and binding decisions on issues such as building regulation compliance or installation quality
